Katy is a whole month old today! We love her so, so much and she has been such a joy. She has been so much easier to deal with than Brandon was and I kept wondering why that was. First of all, this was a planned pregnancy. Second, I was prepared for what newborns are like. I think I was afraid of Brandon and my stress got passed on to him which made things hard. I'm not afraid of Katy and am much less stressed and I think she feels that. Third, Sean is home at night with me. I think that is the most important one.
Katy is a champion sleeper! She wakes up every 3-4 hours at night but goes right back to sleep after she's eaten. Sometimes she sleeps for 5-6 hours at a time. It's incredible. She is such a sweet girl and I can't get enough of her! Here's a few things that have been going on the past month.
First bath. Not a fan. She likes it better being all the way in the water.

Brandon can climb up into her bed! Luckily she wasn't in it at the time.
And these videos are mostly for my parents so they can see her moving and hear her cute little cry.
